Frequently Asked Questions..
Where are you located?
We are located in SW Washington, and serve clients located in Vancouver and Camas. Therapy is provided in the child’s natural settings. This may include within a private school, daycare, or within your home.
What ages do you serve?
We provide services to children ages 12 months and older, including teenagers and young adults.
What types of services are provided?
We provide consultation, parent/caregiver training, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for articulation/apraxia, receptive/expressive language, social communication, literacy, and fluency disorders (i.e. stuttering).

Alyssa is also available for speaking engagements on a variety of topics relevant to the field of speech-language pathology (e.g., ways to include language support within daily routines, language development milestones, literacy skill acquisition, etc). These may include informational parent nights, or teacher in-services. Please contact us to learn more.
Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly, and are considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for most insurance plans. Upon request, we will provide you with the necessary documentation, such as superbills, evaluation reports and clinical notes to submit to your insurance company if your plan reimburses for OON therapy.
Please be aware Evergreen Therapy Connections is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for any denied claims.
*Not all services we provide will be eligible for reimbursement. For example, consultative phone calls to physicians or teachers are not typically reimbursable by insurance.
What other methods of payment are accepted?
Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. Payments are due at time of service or may be paid in advance. A credit/debit card will be required to be kept on file regardless of payment method.
What are your rates?
Please contact us for rates as they largely depend on individual needs.
Can we use our HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for services?
Yes, the majority of our services can be paid via your HSA or FSA account.
Any service that would typically be reimbursable by insurance would be eligible.
